ABOUT ME
Coming from a musical background, Bartolomé grew up playing violin, performing both as a soloist and with his local string orchestra. He later studied music composition at the University of Hertfordshire, where he began to develop his career as a composer for film and television.
Since then, he has worked across independent short films and international productions, and award-winning animations, including Smorgasbord (2025), which won at the Royal Television Society (RTS). In 2026, Bartolomé is scoring Olaya, a Peruvian feature film based on the life of José Olaya, scheduled for theatrical release in 2026.

In addition to his work as a film composer, Bartolomé enjoys writing and studying. He posts on his blog, available on this website, and has created projects to foster these discussions.
